- Advanced & Fighters Muay Thai
- This is hard training, not for beginners, you will get treated like a fighter and be expected to take on conditioning, sparring, strength, and fitness all rolled into one class. Your running shoes, sparring gear, towel and drink are essential. This includes your groin guard and mouthguard!
- Ladies Muay Thai Only
- Learning Muay Thai with other women, is suitable for all fitness and skill levels.
- Strength and Conditioning (S&C)

- Sparring: All levels Adults, Juniors Green Belt +

An ego-free class learning sparring drills and fighting techniques. The class is for juniors with a minimum green belt in our curriculum and all skill-level adults.
- Development Team Sparring
- Youth Development Sparring and Fighting Techniques.
- Kickbox 4 Therapy (kids)
- This class is limited in numbers so we can give more attention to children who may find larger class sizes overwhelming or have additional needs. Bookings Essential. Your towel and gloves are compulsory.
- Littles & Juniors Saturday
- This class is for children aged 3-11yrs. Your towel and gloves are compulsory.
- Saturday muay thai
- A muay thai class for teens and adults
- Sparring: Free sparring/Advanced/Development
- This is where those wanting to challenge themselves put it all together and practice what they have learned. Fighters pushing their skills in prep for fights and those wanting to compete in sparring days, this class is a must.

- 30 min time slot for the upstairs weights area. If you desire a longer time, you must book more than one session. These sessions are only available when not in use for PT and when coaches are in the gym

- During the Christmas break Littles and juniors are rolled into the same 30-45min session.

- Teens and adults all levels. This is a 1hr session during the Christmas break

- HIIT session for parents who want to get a quick session in while their children train downstairs. Available to members and non-members. ($10 for non-members, pay on arrival) A session is set up for you with the timer set for you ready to hit start.

We have a free-standing bath outside and portable ice baths available.
The sauna is upstairs. We ask you to bring a towel for you and a towel for any mess you may make.
